This dark comedy podcast follows a lone night-shift employee stuck in an endless cycle of corporate training videos, all narrated by an eerily upbeat version of himself. Each episode introduces a new set of workplace rules, company policies, and increasingly bizarre scenarios – all under the watchful, grinning eyes of Grinny, the Shack’s ever-present mascot.
